I do my full workout routine, I haven’t been pushing myself too hard. I do 5 sets of 30 lb squats, twelve 25 lb incline bench row, and twelve 10 lb curl and presses. I feel strong and healthy and honestly proud myself. I get groceries for the week too. My sweet tooth has been ooooooouta control. I even bring you to my ultrasound apt.
