Kara ney khana Bazaar, Naqarkhaneh Bazaar or Ghaem Magham Bazaar is an old bazaar in Tabriz , which is located at the beginning of North Army Street and in front of Bank Melli. Today, this bazaar is a center for selling all kinds of fruits and vegetables.
Kara ney khana" bazaar is a continuation of the colorful bazaar (Rahli Bazaar) and the street bazaar, which was cut off after the construction of North Army Street in 1308. The end of this bazaar was related to Haj Ali Naghi Caravanserai and Shishegharkhaneh Bazaar . Among the annexes of this bazaar, we can mention the Shazda (Prince) Mosque, which was named after Prince Abbas Mirza, the Qajar viceroy , and is now named after the Martyrs' Mosque.

The northern part of the bazaar was the viceroy of the old Qala-e Beigi mansion and the new police station, which destroyed the historic and old police mansion and replaced it with a boulevard and green space in front of the National Bank. It is narrated that Seyyed Ali Mohammad Bab was hanged in the passage behind the police station (old Beigi Castle) and near Ghaem Magham Bazaar

On the roof of Qala-e-Beigi or Shahrbani mansion, during the morning call to prayer and the Maghrib call to prayer , the officers sounded several trumpets or bells twice to close the eight gates of the city at night. At this time, no one had the right to enter or leave the city. Passengers arriving in the city, if they arrived late, would be stranded in caravanserais outside the gates. Because this bazaar was located next to and under the old police building, its name was changed from Ghaem Magham Bazaar to "Kara ney khana" Bazaar. Later, behind the police building, "Mehran Bazaar" was built in front of the Daraei mansion, which was also destroyed due to the widening of Topkhaneh Street or the former Shahbakhti Street (Shohada and Jomhuri Eslami Streets) and the construction of Shohada Square
