What originally seemed to be a no brainer to settle for 90 steal if you could do even better.
Or to strive for the 90 rating if you weren't able to get it on a build that you would have made otherwise..
We're here to vouch for now multiple different thresholds of ratings, from the baseline of 60, to a newfound threshold of 80 steal, the aforementioned 90 steal rating, and the 96 steal for HOF pick pocket.
Then 99 steal because why not.
