Hawaii based destroyer conducts Navy’s first Taiwan Strait transit of 2023
The guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon steamed through the Taiwan Strait on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023, the first this year of what’s become a routine passage along the waterway separating China from Taiwan.
