The US and Iran agreed to a fragile two-week ceasefire negotiated by Pakistan, but Israel continued massive strikes on Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah. At least 254 people were killed and over 1,165 were wounded in Beirut. Iran now accuses the US of violating the deal, threatening to withdraw. Israel's biggest threat to the Greater Israel Project is Iran, and they don't want this Ceasefire. Israel is continuing strikes over Lebanon.
