HE GAVE ME A RING! l 5 year anniversary at a luxury hotel in Big Sur

Big Sur is a place I’d only caught glimpses of in passing from car windows on road trips, and a place I’ve always dreamed of. Being that extravagant travel plans are being replaced with bucket list road trip adventures, Big Sur made for the perfect stop on our drive back from Carmel Valley to celebrate our 5 years. Pinching myself that we got to stay in this hotel which managed to simultaneously immerse you in the redwood trees and the glorious ocean views. We felt like we were waking up in a private 5 star treehouse every morning! While many of the amenities are unavailable due to restrictions, Ventana was still the ultimate escape and reset from reality. I hope this vlog does it justice!
