Kurgo Backseat Bridge for Dogs Travelling in Cars - Ford Ranger
If you've ever transported your dogs in your car, you'll know what a pain it can be for them (and you) when they continually slip off the front of the seat and onto the floor.
The Backseat Bridge from Kurgo is one of the better options we've tried that attempts to solve this problem. Being a rigid platform, it supports the weight of the dog without slipping forward which can be the case with some of the hammock style car seat covers.
It's really simple to install, has the option to be half down/half up so you can still carry a human passenger if you haven't given your car completely over the the dogs 😝
While we use this in a Ford Ranger dual cab which doesn't have that much leg room in the back seats, there is plenty of width to the bridge so that it could cover quite a wide space between the back and front seats in other car models. Kurgo recommend a maximum space of 33cm from the back of the front seat to the edge of the rear seat.
Another nice little bonus is the barrier between the front seats which can also be used to stow a water bottle.
All in all a nice handy accessory for the car which makes the lives of our furkids just that little bit more comfortable.

And if you like the Snooza Multi-Mats which come in handy for so many doggie things, you can also find them here: http://www.vetnpetdirect.com.au/SNOOZAM
