LTspice tutorial - Static and Transient Thermal Models

#252 In this video I look at how the thermal behavior of a component can be modeled in the circuit simulator. I go trough multiple types of models, from the very simple thermal resistance only to the more complex, RC - transient models, and finally look at an all in one model - a component that simulates both the electrical and the thermal behavior at the same time.
