When you think of baseball in the D.C. area, you probably think of the Nats or the O’s, but there are some other baseball stories here too.

Matt Gregory takes us to Ellicott City, Maryland, standing outside Saint Paul’s Catholic Church. Back in 1914, a 19-year-old George Herman "Babe" Ruth tied the knot right after finishing his first professional season.

Despite Babe Ruth claiming that he got married in Elkton, Maryland, his actual marriage certificate proves the ceremony happened in Ellicott City.
