Exploring Catania Sicily With Kids A Europe Tour

This family fun adventure takes to another beautiful island not in the Caribbean though we are heading to Europe .Catania. Catania is the second largest city in Sicily. Like Italy Sicily is known for it's rich culture, pizza. This will be the boys first time traveling to Sicily.

We started our Sicilian vacation with a tour of the city in Catania. We saw the Fontana dell Elefante the elephant fountain. This fountain of a Roman statue has become the symbol of the city. We ate lunch by a cafe with direct views of the elephant fountain and Catania Cathedral. The Roman Catholic Cathedral is dedicated to Saint Agatha. The cathedral visit was more for the adults. it was interesting to see how beautifully adorned the church was
