0:59 We are at the Berry Road crossing in Pomfret, New York on 16 December 2021. You zoomed in the CSX train #Q634. The train is approaching the Martin/Lowell Road crossing. The gates at the crossing area already down. We see the I-90, New York State Thruway, bridge over the train. At 1:15 train #Q634 crosses the Martin/Lowell Road crossing. There appears to be a CSX signal maintenance man sitting in his CSX truck at the Lake Road crossing. AT 1:21 the gates at the Lake Road crossing start to lower. AT 1:39 the engineer gives the Signal maintainer a horn salute as he approaches the Lake Road crossing. At 1:45 the engineer blows the horn to warn of the train's approach to Lake Road. At 2:10 the engineer gives you a horn salute he comes close to the Berry Road crossing. Train #Q634 speeds past the Berry Road crossing. At 2:38 you stopped the video to put a red oval around a high sided open top garbage hopper that wobbling at the high speed the train was going at.
5:08 WE are driving down an unknown road. We are looking at crossbucks on each side of the road but there are no tracks across the road. At 5:14 you put up a banner that tells us that the this portion of the video was taken on 27 July 2021 and we are in Sheridan, New York. You are talking to us in your pre-COVID voice. At 5:55 you show us some abandoned track to the right of the road. You pan along the abandoned tracks toward an abandoned factory. You then go across the road and show us the abandoned tracks and the trees that are growing between the tracks.
8:18 We are at the Berry Road crossing in Pomfret, New York on 10 November 2021. CSX train #I158 has the Martin/Lowell Road crossing blocked and is approaching the Lake Road crossing. A CSX signal maintainer is parked next to the relay care for the Lake Road crossing. It appears that the gates are down at the Lake Road crossing. We see the I-90, New York State Thruway, bridge in the background. Train #I158 blows a warning of its approach to Berry Road and speeds past us. After the gate at Berry Road goes up and a car passes, you zoom in on the end of train #I158. At 10:57 train #I158 passes the Mile Post 44.8 signals. At 11:19 the lights on the Mile Post 44.8 signals go dark. At 11L34 you notice the headlight of a westbound CSX train in the distance. At 13:33 the gates at the Van Buren Road crossing start to lower. At 15:02 lights on the Mile Post 44.8 signals turn on as train #Q367 hits the circuit. At 15:08 the gates at the Berry Road crossing lower. The engines of train #Q367 are followed by a sting of open top hopper cars that are loaded with garbage. After the garbage open top hopper cars pass, the rest of the mixed freight cars appear and pass. You zoom in on the end of the train after is passes Berry Road. We see that both the Lake Road and the Martin/Lowell Road crossings are blocked. We also see the I-90, New York State Thruway, bridge over the train. At 19:16 the gates at Lake Road go up. At 20:02 the gates at the Martin/Lowell Road crossing go up. At about 20:50 train #Q367 appear to pass the Mile Post 47 signals. At 11:43 you walk in front of the camcorder and tell us that the last train was CSX train #Q367 on 10 November 2021.
22:40 We see the headlights of a westbound CSX train some distance east of the Van Buren Road crosssing. Tehis is CSX train #Q635 on 10 November 2021. At 22:43 as you zoom in on train #Q635, it appears that the train has just come around the Mile Post 41 curve and has not yet reached the Control Point 42 signal bridge which is east of the Temple Road crossing on the west side of Dunkirk, New York. You zoom back to a normal view and then zoom back to see train #Q635 as it approaches the Temple Road crossing. At 25:01 the gates at the Van Buren Road crossing start to lower at the approach of train #Q635. At 25:16 the CSX defect Detector at Mile Post 49.4 in Brocton, New York reports that there are no defects on train #Q357. There were 660 axels on that train. AT 26:34 the lights turn on on the Mile Post 44.8 signals as train #Q635 activates the circuit. At 27:20 train #QQ635's lead engine crosses Berry Road. There were loaded open top garbage hopper cars on this train but there was no sign of the Wide World of Trains garbage hopper car. After the train past Berry Toad you zoomed in on the train . We see that the train has the Lake Road and the Martin/Lowell Road crossings blcked. Traffic is flowing on the I-90 bridge over the Norfolk Southern and CSX tracks. At 30:26 the Lake Road gates go up. At 31"33 the Martin. Lowell Road crossing gates go up. At about 32:30 train #Q635 passes the Mile Post 47 signals.
