I used to talk about body image on my page a LOT and it always felt like I had the right advice. But to be honest, this past year my confidence life got to a place where it just wasn’t on my mind anymore (yay for growth!)

So to have these feelings and thoughts suddenly come up again has been a drag. But I’m not focusing too much on it - I know it’s seasonal, caused by stress and change more than anything else, and that my glow will come back if I let it😊
