Teaching My Indian Husband - Crunchy Chinese Cucumber Pickle 教印度老公做中国腌黄瓜！

We are an Indian Chinese couple. In China we love the Crunchy Chinese Cucumber Pickle in China especially in the summer. It is very refreshing and easy to make.

Recipie:
- Cut 5 cucumbers
- Soak them in salt and leave for 3 hours
- After 3 hours wash them to remove salt and dry the cucumber slices
Prepare the sauce:
- Heat Olive oil (or any other oil)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2-3 Anis
- Finely cut Ginger
- Finely cut Garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Soya sauce (to cover the pickel)
- Little bit Vinegar
- Little bit alcohol

Mix the cucumbers and sauce together and your Chinese Cucumber Pickle is ready to eat
