San Antonio experiences chaotic crowds downtown after Spurs loss

SAN ANTONIO - New York Knicks fans were assaulted outside the Hotel Valencia Riverwalk early Sunday morning after Game 5 of NBA Finals.
The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. outside the hotel off East Houston Street.
Police said the 62-year-old and 29-year-old father and son were exiting an Uber when they were assaulted by several individuals. The suspects all ran off after the attack.
The 29-year-old victim didn't want to be identified, but said: "Two guys come up from behind us and just start punching us. We didn't say anything, we didn't do anything. My dad hits the ground immediately. I also go to the ground, they're punching me, punching him, stomp, trying to stomp on us."
