Astrobiologist and TED Fellow Louisa Preston works on Earth, studying some of the most alien-looking creatures and microbes -- but she hopes to find life on Mars someday. In this curiosity-provoking talk, she compares landscapes on Mars that resemble places on Earth that host all sorts of different life forms. Why not on Mars too?
