Absolut Torch | Absolut Drinks with Rico

This week on Absolut Drinks with Rico, we’re celebrating the winter games by making our very own #AbsolutTorch. It’s candy, it’s sweet, it’s a drink for celebration. Why flames in a drink? From flaming orange zest in a Cosmopolitan to tiki drinks, flames are for theater and aroma release. Bingo Bongo – let's get into it!

Absolut Torch Recipe:
Half of a Passionfruit
30 ML Lemon Juice
20 ML Simple Syrup
15 ML Lychee Liqueur
25 ML Ginger Juice
45 ML Absolut Citron

Ice and Shake. Crown with crushed ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with empty passionfruit. Top with Absolut 100. Strike a match to Absolut 100 and sprinkle with cinnamon to carefully set fire.
