Recipe:-

Ingredients:-
1. Ghee/Oil
2. Mustard seed- 1 tsp
3. Chana Dal- 1 tsp
4. Cashew
5. Curry leaves
6. Sooji- 1 cup
7. ENO- 1
8. Curd- 1 cup
9. Sugar- 1 tsp
10. Salt- to taste

This recipe of Rava Idli is easy to make and turns out super duper tasty. First of all heat some gher/oil in a pan/kadhai. Now add mustard seeds, chana dal, cashew and curry leaves. Fry them for a few seconds and then add Sooji. Roast the sooji for 4-5 minutes. Let it be completely cooled. Now take the roasted sooji in a mixing bowl and add curd, sugar and salt in it and mix it. Add some water to adjust its consistency. Let the mixture rest for 15-20 minutes. Now add 1 pack of ENO and water. Mix it in one direction. Add water in the Idli maker and let it boil. Now grease the Idli mould with oil and pour the batter in it. Now place the mould inside the Idli maker and cover it. Steam cook the Idli for 10-12 minutes and it is ready to serve.
