Iranian spokesperson says extension of ceasefire not confirmed | ANC

U.S. President Donald Trump said the war with Iran could end soon, as U.S. forces imposing a blockade turned back vessels leaving Iranian ports. "I think it can be over very soon. It will end soon," Trump said in a interview taped on Tuesday (April 14) with Fox Business Network's "Mornings with Maria" and aired on Wednesday (April 15). Trump also said Iran “cannot have a nuclear weapon,” and that he could “take out” the country’s bridges, plants and electric power plants “in one hour.”
