Performance In High Pressure Environments

In high-pressure environments - whether it’s professional sport, elite military, or fast-paced boardrooms - leaders are faced with big decisions on a daily basis.

These decisions decide the fate of organisations, meaning it’s imperative that high-performers never stop refining how they notice patterns, prioritise, and act.

With this in mind, I am excited to announce that for the next episode of ‘The Well-Being Chat,’ I’ll be joined by Dr. Tim Dutton, a High-Performance Coach and Advisor who supports the world’s most elite individuals and teams move from chaos to clarity.

Tim’s work spans private equity, corporate, start ups, elite military, professional sport, and the creative industries. His doctorate focused on how we can accelerate our progress in the professional world through building trusting relationships, understanding ourselves better, and establishing a shared vision across a team or organisation.

He’s also got a passion for hearing other people’s stories. The more different they are from himself, the better. Tim’s interviewed 100+ strangers from all seven continents for an upcoming book titled “Don’t Talk to Strangers”, in which he tells us why we absolutely should.

What we’re diving into:

The Four-Way Conversation: How to calibrate your experience using advisors, content, and end-user feedback.
Beyond Journaling: Practical reflective practices (like Tim’s Reflection Wheel) that actually work for busy leaders.
Building Real Trust: Setting the foundations for productive feedback and coaching conversations.
Clarity Case Studies: Real-world lessons from Tim’s work on how clarity leads to impact.

We will be live on Thursday 21st at 1 pm, If you want to ask Tim any questions make sure you join us live to have your questions answered.
