CJP Protest Gains Momentum Nationwide | Students Seek Accountability From Dharmendra Pradhan

Students and young protesters from across India gathered at Delhi's Jantar Mantar after a call by Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, demanding accountability, education reforms, and the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

From Bihar and West Bengal to Uttar Pradesh and Delhi, participants travelled at their own expense to join what they described as a peaceful movement following the NEET controversy and allegations of exam irregularities.

Many protesters said repeated paper leak allegations have affected the future of lakhs of students, making the issue deeply personal for families who have invested years in exam preparation.

The protest also received support from activist Sonam Wangchuk, while organisers emphasised that the movement would remain peaceful and constitutional.

In this ground report, The Edge speaks with students, NEET aspirants, and supporters who travelled from across the country to make their voices heard.
