LIVE: UK lawmakers debate and vote on 'Plan B' Covid restrictions
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson faces a rebellion from dozens of his Conservative lawmakers when parliament is asked to approve the government's 'Plan B' COVID restrictions. The lawmakers believe the restrictions, including the use of COVID passes in some venues, are too draconian. The measures are expected to be approved because the opposition Labour Party will support them but the rebellion will damage Johnson's authority.
