ES951 & MyHSD, high performance and real time monitoring: Mecal Machinery e Oddicini

We entered in the heart of production plants of Mecal Machinery and Oddicini, two Italian companies based in Frascarolo (PV) and Gravellona Toce (VB), respectively, which have been choosing and relying on HSD's technology solutions for years.

Meeting with Rosella Meschini, Co-owner and Sales Director of Mecal Machinery, and Susanna Cane, CEO of Oddicini, we had the opportunity to investigate and deepen the experience of two established customers who have chosen to experiment and employ within their production processes HSD components and, more specifically, to discover the countless advantages deriving from the new wi-fi ES951 electrospindle connected to the IoT platform, MyHSD. The ES951 range of electrospindles, developed to equip 3-axis machining centers and robotic applications, offers a choice within a wide range of motors and features an integrated IoT system.

HSD has been a forerunner of digitalization in the industrial field with its e-core products on the market for more than 10 years, and today, with the increasing development of the IoT world, it is able to offer its customers the innovative MyHSD predictive maintenance platform: a platform whose application will also be extended from 2023 to other electrospindle models, such as those related to metalworking, with the ultimate goal of increasingly meeting and satisfying the diverse needs of our customers.
