I want to thank Sports Illustrated (@sportsillustrated) and MJ Day (@mj_day) for one of the most special shoots of my life. I love my SI family!

*A more specific video coming soon but here is the idea of my effective “crash diet”*

Rules include:

-5 small meals per day eating every
-2-3 hours to keep your metabolism going.
-No/low carb, high protein diet.
-Ditch alcohol and limit coffee.
-Workout everyday alternating resistance training with cardio at least -3-4 times per week (ie 3 days cardio, 4 days resistance training)
-No eating after 8 PM

I also like to do some fun treatments so I feel my best like a facial, massage, sauna, etc. Below is a list of what I actually did this week to prep for Sports Illustrated as far as treatments go:

1.Detoxifying Seaweed Wrap to rid the body of excess water and toxins
2. Lymphatic Drainage Massage to alleviate swelling and toxin buildup
3. Carbon Laser Facial evens skin tone and adds hydration to the skin
