This video is about our trip to Croatia and Montenegro.

If you ever decide to cross the boarder between Croatia and Montenegro by car, go to Vitaljina. Only locals are using this way and tourists normally go to the central boarder control point, so the line is shorter.
Remember that you will pay extra 60 EUR to the car rental for the green card.
Montenegro is not in EU, but they are using euros))
Russians don't need a visa to enter.

In Montenegro we stayed at Sveti Stefan. It is a wonderful place, with peable beaches, clean water and many nice restaurants and cafees. On the left side from the Sveti Stefan island are public beaches and the right side are private beaches. The price for one day on the private beach is from 100 to 120 EUR.
Municipal beaches are for free, with all available facilities (showers, changing cabins, toilets, btw you are paying a tourist tax at the hotel for that). You can also rent a sunbed. Don't trust if someone comes to you and says that this is a private beach and you should rent a sunbed. These people want to earn money on tourists, as during the day most of the sunbeds are empty :). Peables are rounded and clean, so many people prefer laying on the stones.
If you have time visit Kotor bay. It is extremelly beautiful, but in my opinion, not the best place for swimming)

Highly recomend to try chorba (traditional montenegrin fish soup) and pljeskavica (huge meat kotlete).

We also stayed for some days in Dubrovnik. Because of the "Game of Thrones" the city center is extremelly busy.
If you want to have a nice beach vacation stay at Babin Kuk area. We lived there at very nice hotel on the hill with a view on the beatiful bridge and seaport.
Otherwise stay at any satellite city, like Cavtat.
