1994 Toyota Land Cruiser (Stolen But Locked)

I found a sweet 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser for sale locally but it has a few hidden issues, is it a hidden gem or a disaster?! Let's take a look and help me find out if we should add it to the channel!

Is the 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser just an inefficient outdated SUV, or is it the last of a dying breed of electric wannabe SUVs. The 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser came equipped with the 4.5 liter inline six which is smooth as a sowing machine but gets poor fuel economy compared to todays standards. Highway mileage is somewhere around 15 mpg highway but most people add 33" tires and use these primarily for causing on a Sunday, off roading or overloading.

This amazing old truck came equipped with front and rear lockers as an option from the factory, which is rare even in todays markets.

Its an amazing truck, I'm in love. The inline six, I don't care if the head gasket is prone to blow, its smooth, it has torque and I just don't care... It looks cool sitting in the engine bay! You also have plenty of room to work on it in the engine bay. It actually makes great torque also, 275 ft lbs!

So I really was hoping to purchase this truck but I knew the price was too low for it to be a perfect condition truck and I was right. The asking price is $4,000 and after inspecting the vehicle I see a tag on the door the says " replacement ID " which means " salvaged title " if I'm not mistaken.

Considering the trucks overall condition I don't consider it a good project or investment unless the price was about half the asking price. Considering all that I still would like to buy it and take it on a long road trip for a few days, that's what a great car will make you want to do. Dream about the places it will take you and what it will feel like and look like after you clean it up and put some elbow grease into it!
