Aldi's Zero Net Carb Bread is all the keto community can talk about right now. But is it really keto friendly? Today i'm going to test it out. I'll see if it spikes my blood sugar and ketone levels. Im also going to show the ingredients and macros and let you decide if it fits into your keto journey. Some of these ingredients are questionable so use your own judgment.
