Hydrogen 2021 Update (PLUG, BLDP, FCEL)

Hydrogen is finally gaining attention around the world. This is an update of what we know in 2021 about Europe, Asia and U.S.' hydrogen plans for the next couple of years and decades.

A summary:
Europe's leading the growth with a target of 40 gigawatts green hydrogen power capacity by 2030. South Korea just took a massive position in Plug Power, Inc (NASDAQ: PLUG) worth $1.5 billion, giving them a 9.99% ownership. The U.S is lagging the European and Asian growth of green hydrogen power capacity. A report suggested that the U.S. might get its green hydrogen operations to 14% of the total generated power by 2050. That percentage now is far beneath 1%. So, tremendous growth for hydrogen is expected across the globe.

About the stocks:
Plug Power (PLUG) seems overvalued at 80 EV/REVENUE. Overbought, according to my technical analysis on the PLUG stock.

FuelCell Energy (FCEL) is the most overvalued of the 3 hydrogen stocks that I talk about in this video, at 122 EV/REVENUE. Overbought on all 3 of my charts.

Ballard Power Systems, Inc (BLDP) is the least overvalued of the 3 hydrogen stocks, at under 80 EV/REVENUE multiple. Still overbought on the monthly chart.

I think there is downward pressure for all three of these hydrogen stocks in 2021. I will be watching them more closely along the levels of:

PLUG: $45
BLDP: $23
FCEL: $15

This does not mean I would be selling any of my hydrogen stocks, nor does it mean I would be buying any. Those prices are NOT my price targets, NOR are they prices at which I will definitely buy. Those are prices at which I will look at the stocks more deeply.
