Year in Review: Outer Wilds | At the End of All Things

Today's review is on Outer Wilds, a neat little space exploration sandbox that, oh yeah, also happens to go supernova every 22 minutes. Outer Wilds has been huge from release day up to its current position near the top of most people's year-end lists, and it's pretty clear why it's there, with a meticulously crafted sandbox that puts quality over quantity and an intriguing archaeological mystery about what happened to those who traveled the stars before you. For once, I ended up using a song not off of the game's soundtrack in a review. I couldn't help but indulge in some use of Holst's Planets suite for the intro.
