What is the Difference Between Multi-Cloud vs. Hybrid Cloud?

No two clouds are the same, which also goes for multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures. Watch to learn what the difference is between multi-cloud vs. hybrid cloud architectures.

Though multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud are two terms that often get muddled together and used interchangeably, they’re actually two totally different cloud architectures -- and should be treated as such.

A hybrid cloud architecture connects public and private clouds to create one single environment, offering consistency and mobility for enterprise workloads. Multi-cloud architectures, on the other hand, uses two or more cloud computing environments at the same time -- which might include a hybrid cloud, private cloud, or public cloud operating simultaneously, but in their respective environments.
