This started off as a super simple sketch and I was gonna leave it there but I was like 'nah' so here we are. It ended up being kinda rushed and I'm not really happy with the outcome, but its whatever, at least it's practice.

Also yes his voice claim is Kokichi Ouma because idk it just fits, they're both mischievous short kings.
