While Donald Trump's adult children are still free to invoke the Fifth Amendment in their upcoming testimony in the Trump civil fraud trail in New York, the protections it offers are not as absolute in a civil trial as they are in a criminal trial. Barbara McQuade, former U.S. attorney, talks with Chris Hayes about the difference and why it matters.
