Tuning the Leatherman Wave + (rather *unlike* tuning a violin!)

The Leatherman Wave+ is a tool I use DAILY . . . multiple times a day!
I love it!
B U T . . . when it is bought new it needs tuning to make it a tool that is easy to use, precise and has that 'feel' that just plain works.
Here I go through my pet peeves and my fixes on how to tune up the Wave.
