Army Veteran Is Reunited With His Dog After 4 Years Apart

Four years ago, Michael Joy was ready to move to Fort Campbell in Kentucky, but the search for his missing 4-month-old puppy, Sam, continued to bring him back to his old stomping grounds. “I came to Campbell and I kept looking, I kept going back and forth, also I went there three or four times after I moved here.
