The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, or the CPC talks about 3 types of Jurisdiction, that a civil court has, i.e. 1. Pecuniary Jurisdiction, 2. Territorial Jurisdiction and 3. Subject-Matter Jurisdiction. This video will talk about all three of these jurisdictions in brief.
