Making a Large Rattle Crankbaits STEP-1 (make a lure blanks) / 大きなラトルのクランクベイトの作り方１(ルアーブランクスの作り方)

I will make a Flat sided Crank baits (Using the balsa wood). This fishing lure swims with a loud noise. バルサ材を使用し大きなラトル音がするシャロークランクベイトをハンドメイドしました。

*Weight: about 8g.
*Body Length: about 5.5cm.
*Type: Floating (Large size rattle).
*Diving depth: about 1m.
*Treble hook sizes : No.6.

[Material list]
Balsa wood sheet: 5mm and 0.5mm Thick.
Stainless steel wire: Diameter 0.8mm .
Split shot sinker (about 3.3 gram): 1 PCS.
Split shot sinker for rattle (about 1 gram): 1 PCS.。
*(I have use a Water Gremlin sinker. No.4 and 3/0 size).
Aluminum Sheet : 0.3mm and 0.2mm (The total thickness is 0.5 mm).
Instant adhesive.
Epoxy adhesive.
Sandpaper: about 320 grit.
Coating paint for lure (Nitrocellulose paint).
*Can also use nitrocellulose lacquer (for String instrument).

紙やすり：320番前後.
ルアー用コーティング塗料（セルロース塗料）。
*弦楽器用のニトロセルロースラッカーでも代用可能です。
