I FINALLY KNOW WHAT'S WRONG!!!
After losing some weight me and my doctors were finally able to figure out what was wrong with my back.
It turns out I have some mild scoliosis, and some degenerative arthritis on l4, l5, and S1. While this is not FIXABLE per se, it can be improved on. I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel to reduce pain and improve mobility. I wanted to share that and some good news with you in this video.
