蘿蔔煮牛丸 Braised Beef Meatball with White Radish **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料:
白蘿蔔 900克
牛丸 500克
蒜頭 3粒
薑片 1片
蔥/芫荽 適量
天津冬菜 2湯匙
紹酒 1湯匙
糖1茶匙
鹽1/4茶匙
油、熱水適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將白蘿蔔洗淨去皮,切成大塊。天津冬菜洗淨搾乾水,蒜頭和薑略為拍碎備用。
2️⃣ 熱鍋下油,爆香薑蒜,再下入白蘿蔔,灒1湯匙紹酒, 加入適量的熱水至蘿蔔面,蓋上鍋蓋,中火煮約20分鐘。
3️⃣加入牛丸和天津冬菜,繼續煮約5分鐘。
4️⃣ 試味,加入1/4茶匙鹽,1茶匙糖,可加入蔥或芫。

🟢Ingredients:
White radish - 900g
Beef balls - 500g
Garlic - 3 cloves
Ginger - 1 slice
Spring onions / coriander - as needed
Tianjin preserved vegetables - 2 tablespoons
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil, hot water - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash and peel the white radish, and cut into large pieces. Wash and squeeze dry the Tianjin preserved vegetable, and lightly smash the garlic and ginger.
2️⃣ Heat some cooking oil in a pan, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the white radish and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine. Add enough hot water to cover the radish, cover the pan, and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
3️⃣ Add the beef meatballs and Tianjin preserved vegetable, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Taste and adjust seasoning with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and add green onions or coriander for garnish if desired.
