It's a full body workout day and all you need are some dumbbells! This session focuses on a full body workout with a work and hold rotation format, emphasizing strength training and core exercises. Grab your dumbbells and get ready to challenge yourself with this at home workout! 🔥 Get ready for an upper body workout that challenges you to hold the position! We will move through 12 exercises so stay watching the up next window for your next move! Push hard and make sure you're intentional with every 45 seconds! I used my 5, 10, and 20lb dumbbells for this workout so grab yours and have them ready!

WORKOUT FORMAT
