Deepening Gratitude Yoga | Releasing Upper Back Tension | Yoga + Life Coaching

Our gratitude resides in our energetic heart center - and it's a very real thing. Just think about someone you love deeply and notice how it feels as if your heart expands. That is the energy of your heart center!

BUT the tension we carry in our upper back causes us to physically restrict our heart center which limits our experience of gratitude. Just sit with your back tense and/or your heart sinking and try to feel gratitude.

In this practice, we focus on releasing the tension in our backs and allowing our heart to expand. Oh, it's so good!
