This project was a lot of fun! complete restoration on these tired old shoes. They had been repaired several times over the years the customer has had them so it was time for a complete restoration, replacing pretty much everything that I could to bring these back to life. The welt was in bad condition after several resole repairs so it was time to replace it, new heel rand, fresh cork and leather soles. These were then topped off with some Vibram Sole and Heel guards to extend the life of them. They can now easily be repaired once the Vibram rubber has worn through. Added some brass nail work to top it off and I think they came out looking amazing!
