Fix Or Repair Daily? Part 1 ('97 F150 Major Electrical Issues) Independence Day Special!

This 1997 Ford F150 4x4 is a rusty work horse farm truck that the owner wants to make reliable again.

Alternator and battery has been replaced, but there is still a major PARASITIC DRAIN.
Also a bunch of stuff doesn't work:
-Blower and A/C
-Turn signals
-4WD system
