I am 60 years young, 210lbs and try to hit the gym 3-4 times a week if not more. I go for strength training most of the time. I now try to enjoy all foods so I eat everything and anything as life has gone by so quick. In my younger years I competed in mixed martial arts and always had a great physique with a six pack hence I watched what I ate but now I love food too much and don't know when my time will come so I am enjoying life to the fullest.
