Today we have 3 updates on the next round of stimulus.

1. The Rent and Mortgage Cancellation Act had a change in cosponsors from 23-27. We’re not optimistic about this one. Instead, we’re more optimistic on the Emergency Money for the People Act, which would give $2,000 to each individual 16 years or older. This went from 28 cosponsors to 37. The bigger updates come from Nancy Pelosi and updates on Republicans, including Nancy’s quote:

“Money in the pockets of the American people whether its UI direct, direct payments, PPP and other initiatives - did I say direct payments, did I say it twice, that’s very important.”

Nancy alludes to problems with Republicans, but specifically suggests problems with the SNAP (food stamp program), not problems with stimulus checks.

But what Larry Kudlow and Trump suggest about the next round of stimulus all but confirms the next round of checks.
