Correction: I had it backwards when it comes to the creation of two classic Guerlain fragrances. L'Heure Bleue was created in 1912 just before The Great War and Mitsuko was lauched in 1919 just after the war. L'Heure Bleue is a melancholy farewell to the Belle Epoch and Mitsuko is the first notes of the Jazz Age.
