The Chicago Transit Authority (FULL ALBUM)

From some time I've wanted to upload one or two tracks from this album but, after lots of thinking, I finally decided to upload the whole thing. Why? Because I couldn't choose! "The Chicago Transit Authority", along with King Crimson's "In The Court Of The Crimson King" and Van Halen's debut LP, are the top three of my personal list of best debut albums ever. While "In The Court Of The Crimson King" is the album that kickstarted the progressive rock genre and Van Halen's debut album is a major milestone in the history of electric guitar playing, the depth, variety and quality of the material recorded for Chicago Transit Authority (later shortened to just "Chicago")'s debut double LP in 1969 is simply unmatchable to me (among highly regarded debut albums so far, of course). Here you can enjoy this majestic work in its entirety captured from an original UK pressing of the album.
