Didim Altinkum Main Beach is one of the few beaches in Turkey and the world. It got its name from its resemblance to golden sands. It actually has sands that shine brightly under the sun's rays and look like gold.
You can see people sunbathing on the beach even in winter and spring seasons at Altinkum beach, which is the most important beach and where Didim Altinkum is a seaside resort that receives about 260-300 days of sunshine.
