The Structural Steel Fabrication Process with Sub-Axis Positioning Drills 60 Offset Holes in 76 Sec!

https://www.ficepcorp.com/Drilling.cfm

You be the judge!

The ability to produce 60 offset holes in 76 seconds in a 16” beam can only be accomplished with a FICEP drill/saw with sub-spindle positioning. All spindles are fully productive generating a typical offset hole pattern in both flanges and the web at maximum efficiency.

That is not all!
Since each spindle is fully independent including the ability to position along the length of the section scribing on both flanges and the web occur simultaneously. Drill lines with fixed spindles can only scribe on one surface at a time. Add the underside scribing option with its sub-axis positioning and you can now scribe on four surfaces simultaneously.

Take a look at how the Endeavour and Valiant drill/saw systems from FICEP employ unique steel fabrication technology and innovative designs when compared to drill lines with fixed spindles.

When it comes to milling drills without sub-axis positioning can only process one surface at a time. The Endeavour and Valiant models can mill on three surfaces simultaneous.
