Stealth camping and how to sleep perfectly flat on an epic Hill

PaddyMac reckons he can achieve a flat bed almost anywhere but will he be able to level his bed on this huge Hill? Internal bed leveling systems are not very common but they sure seem cool. Could you sleep on a big hill like this? How do you level your bed? Or does a sleepy sleeping position bother you not?
