Kaushik is a Computer Engineer, poet, author, anchor, public speaker with more than a decade of experience in MNC s. He loves to pen his thoughts in verses and has a published book to his credit. He firmly believes we all have a little bit of magic in ourselves and looks forward to learning, live and spread that little bit of magic.

He started his corporate career at Infosys where he received the Infosys Delivery Centre Ambassador award and also has been the recipient of the recognition of Most Valuable Performer of Infosys. He was also awarded hilife creative excellence award from Infosys. After that in Cognizant, he received many accolades too. Currently, he is working in Labvantage Solutions Inc. in Research and Development for Information Technology Products.
He has been a national debate champion and loves anchoring events. He has anchored and organised many corporate events including celebrity performances featuring Benny Dayal, Shalmali Kholgade, Jonita Gandhi, etc.
In toastmasters, Kaushik has been a District 41 Finalist in multiple speech contests and is a past District 41 Evaluation Speech Contest Champion.
Kaushik has served as a President Distinguished Division Director in the past and an Assistant Club Growth Director for District 41. He is the immediate past District Public Relations Manager for District 41. As the Public Relations Manager, his team and he has received multiple accolades from Region 13 Toastmasters International which covers countries in Asia.

He is currently serving as Club Growth Director of District 41.
