From Speaker to Student: How India’s Youth Inspired Me at Healthcare Hackathon 2026.

It was a privilege to address the students and faculty of JECRC, Jaipur, as the Chief Guest at their National Healthcare Hackathon 2026, a laudable initiative where numerous college teams from across India participated in a competition to create AI-powered solutions for challenges in healthcare delivery to improve patient well-being. I went to be ‘inspirational’ to an auditorium full (more than 800) of the ‘young gen’ because they shape our nation’s future, but I returned “inspired by them.” The passion, intellect, focus, and national pride of the ‘youth’ of our country is a driving force, even for us at this stage in our lives, to do more and better for all.
